The Five Principles of Efficient Movement (Biomechanics and Ergonomics) The trainer will demonstrate the five key principles of efficient movement, focusing on biomechanics and ergonomics to promote safety and prevent injury. Learners will observe and practise how to: Adopt a dynamic and stable base for balance and control. Maintain correct posture during all moving and handling activities.
