Aim: to gain knowledge and understanding of the Autistic Spectrum condition.
Objectives:

Describe Autism and outline how it may link to other learning disabilities, difficulties and mental health.

Investigate how autism can be recognised by comparing conventional behaviour and reactions and recognise the different ways to diagnose autism.

Establish how those with Autism have difficulties with social interaction and communication.

Discover the support plans available to help individuals with Autism improve their quality of life.
