Live Online Training

An instructor / trainer does not necessarily need to be in a classroom to educate and assess the workforce. Similar to distance learning, instructors and trainers can use online sources to help business train staff.

This is a very flexible and structured way of assessing people.

It can also be cost effective and safer method during uncertain times. Most training courses can be delivered over the internet and our trainers use our collaboration application to connect to your staff. To keep things simple, we have created simple instructions below.

How does this work?

You are looking for your staff to complete a training course (i.e. fire safety). North Care Training will allow you to chose a time slot that suits your organisation. Okay, say you agree with the 15th of April 1pm until 4pm, this session will then be booked with a maximum of 25 delegates.

Each of your staff will receive an email link from the trainer 15 minutes before the official start of the session. Once they click on the link they can join the live online training session. This session will be very similar to a face to face training session apart from the fact that all delegates are not in the same room as the trainer / instructor.
