About the event
This Face-to-Face training course is for people who need to be trained on how to handle medication safely in the care sector. It complies with CQC standard regulation 12.
Delegates will be required to complete tasks during this session. The tasks will include thinking activities in pairs and groups. Some reading and basic calculation skills (knowing volume and weight) will be essential.
Aim: To ensure safe handling of medication content, store medications properly, follow the "five Rights" of medication administration, and dispose of expired or unused medications responsibly.
Be able to cite what medicine and medicine management are.

Our highly experienced trainer delivers face-to-face training in safe medication handling in a training room. On-site free parking, male and female toilets, disabled access, free tea, coffee, and refrigerated mineral water will be provided. An e-certificate and a hard copy certificate will be available after successful course completion.
